Contact less Measurement Solutions by LOKE Engineering.

LOKE Engineering is able to offer standard and customized non-contact measurement solutions for dimension (length, width, thickness), profiles ,speed, shape and positioning. Starting from very simple to complex systems by using the most modern components.

 

Based on experiences in contact less measurement of various dimensions over 20 years by using different, contactless measuring principles, we have developed sensors and complex systems to measure all outside dimensions, under hot and cold conditions as well as for straightening or cutting lines.
All these turn-key solutions consist of high performance measurement equipment with very fast and accurate sensors. Depending on arrangement the systems provide:

• Width and shape (sables, necking)
• Thickness (single or multi track with cross profile, fixed or movable)
• Length
• Flatness and waviness
• Crop shape at front and rear
• Diameter
• Speed

For protection against harsh environmental conditions will be used innovative principles, all of them focused to independence towards environment, maintenance periods in the range of a few month and low energy consumption.
Data evaluation and calculation will be done by PC-based real-time software. For date presentation and communication with Host systems via several interfaces or networks will use client-server structure for flexible adaptation to users needs. The customized presentation of all measured values shows the relevant dimensions, faults in quality by using artificial-coloured images or signs, or status information’s. The operator can interprets all measured results in real time and react immediately.
